Waterleaf at Foxbank

A 318-unit multifamily community comprising 11 apartment buildings, three carriage house-style residential buildings, and a central clubhouse. As designer and project manager, I led the architectural development of the community across multiple residential building types, coordinating the overall design language, unit planning, amenity program, consultant team, and project delivery.

The mix of conventional apartment buildings and smaller carriage house structures created a varied residential environment while maintaining a consistent architectural identity across the 15-building development.
