Newry Mill

The redevelopment of the historic Newry Mill combined the conversion of the original mill into apartments, the return of the former general store building to active use, and construction of a new apartment building. I served as project manager for the new residential building while supporting code compliance and State Historic Preservation Office approvals across the broader development. My involvement extended from design development through the start of construction, helping coordinate new construction within a complex historic redevelopment.
