Encore at Heritage

A 182-unit multifamily community completed after the developer acquired an unfinished design from another architectural team. As project manager, I led the project from redesign and public entitlement presentations through documentation, permitting, and construction administration. The work included a major rethinking of the inherited design and a successful state-level code interpretation that allowed the revised approach to proceed.

The completed community combines a range of residential unit types with a clubhouse, fitness and cycling spaces, a resort-style saltwater pool, direct greenway access, and outdoor amenities.
