Two eight-story waterfront towers comprising 51 luxury condominium residences on a prominent Gulf Shore Boulevard site. As project manager, I led design development and documentation of the established architectural concept, coordinating the work across disciplines and preparing the project for transition to MHK’s Florida office for value engineering and construction administration.
